Yeah, I agree with ya there. Charcoal gives it a taste that you can't get with a gas grill. I try my best by putting a bunch of marinade directly on the grill stones to make em smoke like hell.

I'm gonna have to give the slow grill a try sometime.

I've found there's two ways to buy meat around here.
If you get it from the grocery store it's usually tough and you have to marinade the heck out of it.

The best way is go to the butcher and grab the best you can find.
Some people think a good steak comes from a the grocery store for instance, but I keep tellin em, you gotta go to the butcher and spend $20 on a New York cut if you want the real thing.
