I'm sure that taste's great, but I just prefer cooking with no water/boiling involved. It does take a bit of practice to cook good ribs, but I guarontee you would enjoy my ribs.

I'm not about to get into an argument over how to cook something, as everybody has their own taste and cooking style..... Just like guitar tone.

I don't like the boiling part of Schmange's (with a soft g) ribs, but I do like the fact that he uses the rib stock and marinade to make a BBQ sauce for the ribs. That actually sounds really good. Boiled ribs just have a certain flavor to them that I don't like.

If I had to change anything about that method, I would try to slow cook them on the grill (indirect heat) with some hickory smoke goin', and it would have to be a charcoal grill!
