Here's the recipe I use:
The ribs basically fall off the bone they're so tender.
Pork Ribs
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cups soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
Mix all ingredients together, place ribs cut into small pieces in pan. Bring to boil and cook for 3/4 hour to 1 hour.
Remove ribs, continue to boil mixture until reduced, stirring constantly.
To avoid burning, place ribs on a heated BBQ and slather both sides with sauce.
Heat each side for 5 to eight mins.
