Boiling ribs is just wrong!!!!
If you must pre-cook them before grilling them, put your dry rub all over them, wrap them in siran(sp?)/plastic wrap, put them on a cookie sheet and cook them in the oven at 350 for about 2-3 hours, and flip them at lease once so the juices can flow evenly. Then put some hickory chips/chunks that have been soaking in water for a few hours on the fire to get them smoking and put the ribs on the grill (not directly over the heat) for another couple of hours, keeping the grill around 225-250 until the meat falls off the bones. If you like your ribs wet (with BBQ sauce) don't put it on until the last 15-20 min. of cooking. You might also want to put some more dry rub on them depending on how strong your dry rub is and how you want the ribs to taste. But the most important part of that whole process is to drink beer the whole time. If you miss this step, the ribs will not turn out right :D
