The NAACP raises money and provides attorneys (among many other things) to advance one specific group (race) of people. Okay, I admit I don't know that it's a fact that it's illegal, but I don't see how it can be legal...I've been told it's illegal for the reason I mentioned above...

It's the whole Equal Opportunity thing......If a business only hired one specific race, (or sex for that matter) they would be getting sued left and right and put out of business. It's the same thing, but nobody has the balls to take 'em on.
