Sounds awesome with a Floyd Rose... nail the pinch harmonic and slowly rock the Floyd back (As to sharpen the note even more). Zakk Wylde is a great example of a player that uses pinch harmonics a lot.. I just saw him play at OzzFest yesterday and he rocked the house. Also listen to Dimebag... he made good use of this as well.
