Even worse, the wiring is really old in the houses here so the circuit breakers are constantly going off if you use to many appliances at once. Make a slice of toast without remembering to turn off the air conditioner first, and you have to go out to the garage to flip the breaker back on.

I don't have a circuit breaker. I've got a fuse box and I can't even access it unless the people downstairs are home. I live in a duplex house. I lead my reign of terror on the top floor and the neurotic lady and her two bastard kids make too much noise down stairs. So if anything happens I've got to go through them.
