I combine both a 4x12 and a 4x10.

Marshall JCM 800 into the 4x12.

POD PRO into the effects return of my Marshall JCM 900 into the 4x10. Pod Pro is set mainly set to a Soldano model with a little chorus.

Of course the JCM 800 is the main amp here, but I kick in the 900 at a little lower volume to get a thicker sound.

I run my guitar into a Dunlop Zakk Wylde Signature Cry Baby Wah, then from the Wah to a Boss Delay, then from the delay into a Morley A/B/Y pedal. Also, I have a Boss EQ running through the effects loop of the 800 for boost on solo's....
