I respect Avril as a musician, and like I've said before... I respect anyone that has "made" it. I just think she has created herself into somewhat of an oxymoron... She took an attitude of "anit-pop" and "pro-punk"... but yet she is continually being marketed as a pop star. It's not her fault, it's her labels fault... but still... I respect people who stand for their values more than people who are willing to make a dollar any way they can. Even if it means turning your back on what you've tried to stand for. But when it comes to Avrils music... I don't really care... I have the power to change a radio station just like everyone else
