oh, sorry about that guys, rar is a compression agent much like zip, you can get winrar (which does both rar and zip files, which is neat) at www.rarlabs.com and then just extract the file like you would a zip file. :D

Also, I should hope you have the XviD codec, which is what i used to compress it, but if you dont, that can be found at http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/
