I think Lordathestrings has got the right idea...noise gate is last in the chain and the cb should be next. I've found that most effects have a hard time with the altered signal that a Wah produces. I run my guitar thru my wah to my noise gate to the amp. I run all my other effects thru my amps "effects loop". It makes for a few more cords than I would like to have on stage but it works.
