I just bought an acoustic guitar, and the strings it came with are pretty bad, i had some electric guitar strings laying around, should i put electric guitar strings on it? My friend did it and he says he loves it, I like the feel of electric guitar strings over acoustic, but what do you guys say?

Also when i hit the low e string it tends to rattle against the fret board i believe, is there a way to fix this?
