Here recently I noticed that the intonation on my PRS had become horrible! So, I got motivated last night to do something about it. I took all the strings off and cleaned the fretboard (it looked pretty nasty!). Then I put on a new set of strings, tuned them, adjusted the truss rod and the string height slightly, stretch the strings and re-tune. Now, I go to check the intonation, just knowing that it was going to be pretty bad, but to my surprise and great delight.... It was dead on! I don't mean close, but the harmonic, open, and fretted at the 12th were all exactly the same  !! I couldn't believe it. My guitar sounds and playes so much better now (duh  ). I don't guess there was much point to this post, other than my excitement. Has this ever happened to any of you? I actually do have a tech question, but I'll post that separate.
