Some more feedback would be cool!

Just to let you know, these are home recordings using an Ibanez Prestige (RG) with Line6 Distortion modeller through a Marshall 100DFX, then through a Tascam US428 controller into my Cubase SX on my PC. The drums are one of the Sonor kits in "Drumkit From Hell" arranged in Battery as a plug-in to Cubase. I haven't a clue how to do anything other than play my guitar into Cubase so there has been no EQ yweeking or mastering, just did my best to get the sound I wanted without loading on the effects.

If you are thinking of whether to listen or not:
Flesheaters is a heavy track with some arpeggio sweep patters thrown in places and two solo breaks. The solo was recorded just after I wrote it so its not very practised but I like the progression. The end has a pretty cool splashbeat (very death metal style) with a reasonably fast riff, very tough to program those beats! All in all, I tried to cross the techno approach of thematic progression with a traditional metal sound. I also managed to borrow a friends Fender bass for this track.

Powerspill has a lot more melody and way more solos, no bass guitar this time unfortunately. I particularly like the swept arpeggios and mix of styles in the lead sections. Again, this one is rough on production and was even less rehearsed, I pretty much wrote the whole thing from scratch in one day... never was one for overpractising.

The plan for both of the above is to add some classical sounds using EastWest Symphonic Orchestra. Working on that at the moment, so any feedback would be cool before I spend more time polishing things up and go to record them for real.

Thanks to anyone who replies!
