Funny part is they make more in one pay period than at least the majority of us do in a year and yet they remain at the bottom of the talent list. So, if you're playing, no you don't need a brain, if you're marketting the bands then you probably would need a brain, at least to appeal to the masses and convince them that those bands are the best and the heaviest thing ever and they need them to survive.
