I'm not that big(5'11/6'0 180lbs),but I do have a very high percentage of body fat...calories in my case would come 2nd or 3rd to protiens and amino acids/vitamins...
Not being very big,I know i'm unhealthy as I have a high number of deep,dark stretchmarks on my thighs,sides and behind my arms(the ones on my lower back have faded...hope the others do too)...
Try once,fail twice...
