I recently bought a cheap 7 string just to experiment around with and i know the tuning for it is B bla bla bla and I can tune it a step up or Down to A or C or what not. I wanted to know if i could make the tuning so it be a low D-GCFADG without the strings being all loose or tight - I want the strings to feel close to or around standard just DGCFADG instead of BEADGBE or ADGCFAD
