A good beginners acustic guitar is an Arianna steel string. They're good sounding no matter how cheap. Buy the kit thats like 100 bucks. Its better to have a steel string guitar since they're louder, and brigher sounding. No, I don't think the copper colored string are nylon since my acustic came with copper colored ones, but I replaced then with elixer's. I think nylons are white, but I never played with them before.Hope that helps.
