I would venture to guess, probably not, you have two things to consider, are the necks the same scale length, if not you'll have a 24 fret guitar that will never play in tune, and are their any mechanical considerations, like will the placement of the neck pick-up allow for a longer fretboard? I'm no Ibanez guru but those are two realities you will have to deal with, I hope in works out for you..................
