To make a true Irish Carbomb you pour a half of a glass of guiness draught, then you pour half a shot of bailey's irish cream in a shot glass, then add a half a shot of jameson irish whiskey to that same shot glass, you drop the shot glass into the guiness and chug the whole thing before the cream curdles.
