I don't sweat auditions too much. The only one that's ever got to me was just a couple of weeks ago though. My band auditoned for a local talant show, and our guitarist auditioned for a solo act. Well, the audition seemed to go well, after the band was done we got a lot of compliments, they discussed some of the staging issues (co-oridination with other drummers, what time to be there, etc...). Well, they call us up two days later to say "well, the band was too loud, and we have too many solo acts."
erg...
Well, they could have been professional about it and told us that at the audition...
