there are players tha if u listen to them even if u dont know the song
u can tell who it is thats the hard thing about being a guitarist ( i mean a good one ) when u can create ur owne style ur owne sound and when u know what u r playing.
steve ray v. , erik claptn , erik johnson, steve vai, slash (i dont like slash, but has he's owne stye so . . . ) satriani randy , sambora, and many more.
but i like the greates for me JOHN PETRUCCI .
U can hear new band guitarists and u CAN'T TELL THE DIFFRENCE they play all the same.
