What if I'm naked, drunk, and with hot naked chicks and more liquor on a day other than Schmange day. Does that day in turn become Schmange day in my small area?

Is their some sort of guide, manual or bible of sorts to help guide the stupid in the way of schmange and the holy schmange day in which beer and boobs are to be held sacred and our societies trivial modesties such as clothing and sobriety are abolished.
