I've been trying to practice ska chords lately but I still am alittle confused. I found the Ska chords that this website gave in the "Regge" style section when you click on "home" but they are still realy confusing. I sat down today with my guitar, a small backstage amp, and my printed out sheet of the ska chords and I tried converting one of my easy songs into the ska chords. I've only been taught one scale and that was the C-major scale which is the whole step, whole step, half step, wholestep ordeal(in tab talk thats "e:3,5,7,8,10,12,14,15"). I tried playing C and then looking at the C in the ska chords chart but it doesn't really sound like it at all and when I want to play one of my notes, it is totally flip around.. Like the F chord is the lowest note instead of the C note or A note and the only C on there is a high C note. If someone has a tab of ska chord sheet that is not as confusing or could help explain this alittle more then I would most appreciate this.
