I cant say anything about the ESP M-1000 Deluxe LTD, but i have an ESP M-100 and i have EMGs in it and i can say its a great guitar. It plays great, i love the reverse headstock and the tremelo is always nice to have on at least one guitar even though it can be a pain. I would say if this isnt your only guitar go for it.
