does anyone know some good sweep picking excersises or sites that have some? I know the technique I just need good excersises

you can check out my site. I have a lot of stuff there and most of it involves sweep picking. However, it is a bit different than the usual as many of the folks here can tell you.

I suggest taking a listen to some of my material ... almost all the insane shred stuff is done with a variety of sweeping. If you dig it then hit the lessons in the blueprints section and poke all around the site...I've got stuff in all the corners and closests ;-)
