The Other One has made some friends around here
Has anyone ever played a Warr Guitar?( http://www.warrguitars.com ) i know that Trey Gunn uses them and he has his own Signature Series but have you guys ever tried them?

Ye its played like a stick except it has a full body so you can play it as a normal guitar as well and it has alot more features and stuff....of course it does cost twice as much but i was just wondering if aNY OF YOU GUYS KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT IT....(oops sorry caps lock)

I'm sure their website will tell you plenty about it. The stick looks easier to play than that thing. You hold the stick over your shoulder.

Looks way more comfortable than that.

hmmm... there are alot of instruments liket that (warr, stick, megatar...)

they are based on the same principals, but they do all sound different. a warr sounds different to a stick - iīd love to have a warr too (especially the phalanx), but at the moment that thing is too expensive for me.

Don't feel bad, Azrael...unless i find a long lost civilization i can't even imagine having a warr guitar any time in the next 10 years...plus your getting that Dragon guitar that makes even more drool come out of my mouth...i can only dream of the things you are doing man....

hmmm....what is a Megatar like? With the 12 strings and the low price i might be able to get that in the not too distant future....ugh maybe ill stick to standard guitars for my teen years
