I have a question, how can i make drumloops and rythym guitar tracks like the ones at guitar war?

I talked to johan and he said to try cubase. He said he mutes certin parts of the midi and plays the part he muted. So I looked at it and do you know the price? $700!!!!!! I can't afford that and i dont know who can but I certinally cant.I havent downloaded it yet. Do you know of any other programs that dont cost so much that can do this?

If all you want is to make drum loops, try hammerhead, it's a freeware program that has a six channel sequiencer. But if you can get cakewalk or fruityloops, thats what i usualy use and thier great, but expensive.

No I want one to be able to mute and record certin parts of a midi adn be able to mix it all together with an auido track that i record. I want to be able to try it out first before i buy it so i need a shareware program like this.

there is a product called anvil studio that i downloaded shareware before I bought cubase. Try that and see what you think.

I tried anvil studio and I didn't like it. Now I have cakewalk pro auido 9 it works fine but I have a question about it, how can I get the auido and the midi to be in sync? the auido is too fast and the midi is to slow and its all mixed up. HELP!!

I don't know anything about that program. But, I am guessing that you are taking an existing audio and midi and putting them together?

I usually play the audio while listening to the midi, and then they are in sync,
