Fender Cyber Footcontroller

I've had my Fender Cyber Twin for several years, as well as the Cyber Footcontroller. I've never used the footcontroller as I don't know too much about midi. If any of you have a Cyber Twin with the footcontroller and know how to use it well, I could sure use your help.
