The guitar has a static build up that I have been trying to dealing with since I bought it, I did the dryer sheets inside the guitar and this took care of the problem for awhile. I plug it in and I get static coming through the amp. I tried different rooms, power source. I even gave it to a friend and he said it plays real quiet with no noise. This is very annoying and I would like some feedback on this. I even scuffed up the back side of the pick guard as someone suggested on a forum. I had the dryer sheets in theirs for around a month and they worked great but I guess the sheets need to be replaced which could be a pain, Please help me out. It has active circuit on board, All springs are installed and block is in the back of the bridge. The guitar plays great but its noise is getting to me, snap crackle pop.
