Back from the dead - demo

Hi guys, I havent been on here for a while.

My computer stuffed up and had no chance to fix it until yesterday.

First thing I did was to record this track I have recently been composing

It's a solo piece only one track guitar. No drums or bass...

Anyways what you think of this composition?

Listen here

Thanks

Shaz

Sounds great man. I really enjoyed listening to that. You should consider some bass and drums as well man. It sounds cool now, but you would have an awesome Steve Vai thing going for you if some rhythm section was added. Just an idea.

Nicely done. It has a melodic theme yet keeps changing enough to hold your interest. Some nice fast shred parts well placed and not overly done so the emotion of the piece is kept intact. Bravo!!!!!!

Thanks for listening guys...

I have already considere adding drums and bass into this tune, but for this version I wanna keep it just GUITAR...

Cos I'm sending into a guitar competition and the requirements are to record a solo piece, one track, no backing track or rythm etc. So yeah...

But eventually I'll record some drums and bass for my own personal satisifaction.

Thanks again

Hey Shaz...

Nice work - really like the neo-classical bit around the 2 minute mark. It'll sound even sweeter with the drums/bass/rhythm added...
