Heres a song I wrote, still need a bit of help with it... it makes more sense with the music to it.

so here we go...its entitled "SUN PEOPLE"...and it was inspired after a friday night with the boys and some "rootbeer"

Someone fetch me the healing cream which protects from those alien haters.
Hairspray doesn't cause the steam which heats our planet's air.
Little people who are slightly green- fight them if you dare.

Do you wanna go on a Trip with me? it'll be very fun.
we plan on flying strait into the sun.
sippin' on rootbeer, we'll get cooked until we're thoroughly done!
Baked like lasagna in the heart of the sun.

Santa Clause is unemployed as his homeland leaves him, crying.
It arches above in its evil joy, all plants droop, slowly dieing.
Scientists are so annoyed that the CFC's are rising.
Little green men with smiles so coy, make me feel like fighting.

SUN PEOPLE (ooohhh oh oh!)

Hey look ahead, that flaming orb of gas appears to be the sun.
Fire radiates out like smoke from the chamber of a gun.
this may seem farfetched, but someone's gotta be there to make it run.
maintained all these years, not a thing could be left undone.

SUN PEOPLE (ohhh OHH OHH)

Why do you oppress us so? it feels like we're locked in a boiling cellar.
"Excuse me," they reply, "don't speak so slow, we're not Hellen Keller.
but there is one thing you should know, its something we've tried to tell her.
you call us sun people, but from now on no- we prefer to be called sun dwellers."

perhaps its just me, but obviously the sun runs itself.

i like it alot, to me it is awesome dude, oh yeah i really like the lines above they were my favorite parts, i guess i like the flavor and feel???? anyways i like the part about helen keller alot too thats funny, its a good song i think, it had me smilin
