Well theres a scale called the spanish scale, can't go wrong with that. It's just like phrygian but with a major third. intervals are
R m2 M3 4 5 m6 m7
Regular phrygian works for a darker, less exotic sound
R m2 m3 4 5 m6 m7
I suggest listening to Rogrigo's guitar concerto and getting ideas from that.

FYI, the Spanish scale is also known as Phrygian Dominant, the fifth mode of harmonic minor. It's in my theory section.

Yeah, I've also heard it called harmonic phrygian. I usually say phrygian dominant. My favorite alternate mode name? Why super locrian, of course.

i didnt realy understand what should i change in phrygian mode to make it spanish
could some one please explain it?

Take the phrygian mode and raise the third a half step.
