Thanx for the replies and suggestions. Definatly gonna give the slide guitar a try, bought me a glass slide today!

Just remember try all open tuning's untill
you find one you like. myself I like open D.
but drop two steps to C. I think you'll like it.

oyea try diffrent slides too.
