Does anyone know a guitarist (or band) that is really heavy on using arpeggios??? I want to get into the habit of using arpeggios but i want a good influence.

Thanks,
Funky j

in jazz

Joe PASS
Charlie PARKER
Listen to the winds, they play more arpeggios than guitarists...

I'm starting to incorporate a lot of arpeggiated (is that even a word?) stuff into my playing. My guitar teacher has said as a general point, try not to get into a habit of following an arpeggio with another arpeggio. Unless of course you want to shred--then arpeggio till the cows come home.

Ingwie Malmsteen

Stanley Jordan - he´s played 8 finger tapping

Michael Angelo - by my mind he´s speedest arpeggio playng guitarist. Speedest, but you´ll never heard what he´s playng:-)
