I would venture to guess, probably not, you have two things to consider, are the necks the same scale length, if not you'll have a 24 fret guitar that will never play in tune, and are their any...

I took a look at the website wiring info and looks pretty straight forward to me, braided gets soldered to the ground and the white wire goes to the switch in place of the old p/u wiring, I don't see...

Have you tried grounding the bridge? It's not normally a problem on tele's but worth a shot, make a jumper cable out of 2 alligator clips and a piece of wire, clip one end to the bridge and the other...

Check out the tech support section on the Seymour Duncan website, they have alot of generic wiring diagrams and the H-S-S, 1 vol, 1 tone & 5 way should be there.
