try "west coast blues" by wes...
try "west coast blues" by wes montgomery, it's has a good example of chordal modulation over a standard 12 bar blues, to improvise over this you can't use the minor blues but rather chordal tones...

look because you have just started out don't worry too much about being able to name the all the notes, just try to have fun and gather as much information as possibile, as for what 'Sivert Skaaren'...

try to get hold of a book called progressive guitar method book 1: beginner, this will teach you to read notes and play chords. Get the version that comes with a CD though because it makes it alot...

try out a few different things and see what...
try out a few different things and see what sounds best, i find it alot easier to solo, when just focusing on the key signiture. But many people (jazz players especialy) like to solo over each chord...
