pile of **** or what?
It's gotta be when it excludes Vai, Morse, Satch, Eric Johnson, Petrucci and includes Joan Jett, Thurston Moore, Johnny Ramone & George Harrison. Even Eddie VH come in at a paltry #70! |
I wont bother with the 'each to their own it's all relative' speech, just get staight to urging the moderators to lock this post and swallow the key. Rolling Stone's poll should not make the slightest bit of difference to anyone. My favourite player's not even on there but that doesn't change my opinion whatsoever.
Fruitbat, have you heard or even HEARD OF all the guitarists on that list? [Edited by ^Chacron^ on 08-28-2003 at 03:18 PM] |
Am I on the list?
If not, then Rolling Stones journalists WILL BUUUUUUURN IN HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELL... If I am, it's quite a fine publication... |

That list is complete bull****. How is Jack White a better guitar player than Micheal Bloomfield or Mark Knopfler, or Van Halen. Who made this list anyway??I think they deserve a swift kick in the rear.

I don't think anyone should care. People are different, opinions are different.
But I do agree that it is stupid that Joan Jett was on there...and Jack White should be like...#100 any higher and this top guitarists list was not done by guitarists............Maybe drummers? |
lol, or people who have lived on a stranded island for the past 100 years.
