OLP Petrucci MM4
![]() ![]() Pricing: I paid $500CAD at a local music shop Pros -Small -Lightweight -Relatively cheap -Fast neck -BRILLIANT ERGO CUTS -Truss rod wheel -Sleek hot looks -Officially Liscensed by Ernie Ball Guitars -24 frets -Comes with semi-hardshell gig bag, strap, cable, poster, picks, poster, tools, and replacement spring -Tremelo system -Locking 4+2 Tuners Cons -Three-way switch is in a really bad spot as it gets knocked down while strumming -Whammy bar causes guitar to go slightly out of tune from time to time -Frets may be too small for some -Pickups are junk -Only one tone control The guitar features: *Basswood Body *Maple neck w/rosewood fretboard *25.5" scale w/24 jumbo frets I've had this guitar for a week and am loving it. It's actually caused me to start playing like I used to. The armrest is great and has even improved my tecnique and mechanics. Let me say though, this is no beginner guitar. It's really a finesse machine as the frets are very small, Especially around the 22-24 fret range. I've never played a guitar this great for the price. It comes with tons of cool stuff. This guitar would make a great addition to a Petrucci fans or any rock players guitarpetoire. |
This the first time you played on a 24 fret neck, cause when I first play my Shecter, I thought the last few frets were really small as well. Now They see normal now.

Ya, but this guitar does have small frets.

Congrats on the purchase! Looks like an awesome guitar... I don't suppose there's a hardtail version?
