Sampler pedal/pick ups

Two things:
1. Do any of you guys know of a good affordable foot pedal that will allow me to play a progression for 20-30 seconds or so and then it will allow me to loop it and solo over it for however long I want. The only thing like this I found was the boss loop station, but that is priced at about 300 dollars and it allows you to record for 5 minutes. all i need is like 30 seconds. is there anything like this?

2. Also I've seen a few different guys playing live who have sung into there guitars. I think it is a cool efect that sounds really good, but neither of my two guitars can do this. Does anyone know what kind of pickups out there can pick up voices?

Might want to also look into a rack-mount delay unit, or maybe even an old analog tape unit off ebay.

You can get a Voice Box.

Or get a GNX, it has voice capabilities as well.
