Hey dudes ;)
On my school, were making this musical - Hair, and I'm going to play the star and spangled banner with Jimi Hendrix.
What effects shall I use to get his sound?
Cheers

Just a Wah and Uni-Vibe.

yea if you can find a wah, step on it and leave it up top for the filter effect and crank the dirt.

Beyond me, I'm Canadian and don't fall prey to your type of propaganda.
It's indeed "star spangled banner."
What does the correct name of a song have to do with propaganda though?

It's some kind of effect of whos nature I am uncertain. I'm betting distortion. I could google it but.

A uni-vibe is a rotating speaker effect. If you only have one speaker then it will sound like a tremolo, if you have multiple cabs then the sound passes from one to the other.

you can do it without the uni-vibe, the wah pedal is helpful, but you could do it without the wah pedal if you had to.
