How do I tune my guitar?

I have just started playing guitar, but everytime it goes out of tune or I put new strings on, I have to wait until my brother takes a 3 hour drive to re-tune it. What is the easiest way to tune my standard, nylon string, aucoustic guitar. PLEASE HELP ME!

the easiest way is to buy a digital tuner at your local music store.
