magnetic/acoustic/midi guitar

Hi everyone, I rewired a Godin LGX which have a magnetic system, an acoustic system and a midi system. I had problem with the push-pull pot which wasn't working right. I obtained the schematic from Godin and I has 2 wires misplaced. After the mod the magnetic side is just fine. But when I use the combine input jack (which should mix the magnetic and acoustic side) I end-up with a low output, similar to a weak battery in the active side. I'm trying to figure if my work could have cause that. Logically no since the magnetic is fine...

Any ideas?

I know this may be waaaayyyy out there, and also since I have never had any kind of experience with the kind of system you are messing with whatsoever, and this is just based of basic electrical principal, but do you think you may have one of the pickups electrically out of phase with the other? Hey it works with speakers, and they are also magnetic... :)
