What do you want to do with it ? there are many different plugins that do different things however the first thing to do is decide what platform you are going to use.

I use Autotune, Waves Native Gold and Re-Valver which I plug into Sonar 3. other popular ones include Line 6s Amp Farm which plus into ProTools
