Tips on Guitar

What tips would you guys give to others about guitars and what youve learned from them? Not nessesarily for beginners, but maybe tips on bands or equipment.

Id say so far as learning its good to not force things, if your struggling on one aspect of playing dont stress, try other things and you end up learning the origonal thing anyway.

If you want to buy a guitar really bad and you know the one that you want(this goes for effects or amps too), wait and shop around. You will probably find a better piece of gear, or the one that you want at a lower price.
