Here's a fun little game that is easy to play. I'll name two bands (1 original and the band who covers the song). Whoever guesses the the cover song correctly lists the next 2 bands. Try not to be too obscure.

Jimi Hendrix

Yngwie Malmsteen

Zeppelin

(The answer that I was looking for was Spanish Castle Magic, but if Yngwie did Red House, go for it.)

Jimi Hendrix

Shawn Lane

Hendrix' version of All Along the Watchtower owned Dylan's original, but Lane's rendition simply shat on both of them. Gotta love all those slick fills he does while playing rhythm, and when he starts soloing, you just go *OPEN MOUTH*. The shred break towards the end might be a bit much, but in a live situation, it must've been amazing to witness. I'm also under the impression that it's Shawn who's singing?

Oh sure, take the easy shot on Zeppelin! Why don't we tell some Puff Daddy jokes while we're at it!? Leave the Led alone, man, at least they didn't steal "Stairway to Heaven".

Yippee!.... wait a second... you were being sarcastic...argh

Ummmm... that's really debatable... Not that I don't love and respect Led Zeppelin as I promised when we vowed to be true to each other for eternity, but there are certain truths that I just cannot deny...Check it out... if you dare! (http://www.furious.com/perfect/jimmypage.html)
