Laptop Recording w/ SB Extigy?

Anyone have any experience with the external soundcard from SoundBlaster named Extigy? I'm tempted to try one, but don't want to waste time and money if it isn't the ticket for home studio use...

In my opinion, anything with the name "SoundBlaster" on it is a big no no for recording.
