I had recently bought an Ibanez with a Trem a few weeks ago and i am very happy with it but there is a buzz on a few of the notes near the 12fret, I am wondering if there is a way to Remove that without raising the action because i like my action low.

If all of the strings buzz, the action and/or the truss rod may need to be adjusted. If it's just happening on some strings, at some frets, it may be a matter of working on a few of the frets. Don't try to fix this yourself. The shop you bought it from should be able to set it up properly for you. Not all shops have competant techs on staff, so you may have to find one on your own.
