Submitted sound ... where is tab?

I wanted to submit a tab, so I submitted the sound first which is what it axed me to do. Before you submit it, it says something about auditioning it or whatever, and then you can submit the tab for it. I don't understand this. What is this about, and how do I submit my tab? Maybe I missread somewhere or something, but understanding and help is appreciated.

Well when you've submitted your sound, you can listen to it if you want to,
to make sure it's the file you want to submit, and that it sounds right.
When you you're done in that window, you press "continue",
then you can start writing the tab.

strange, when i hit continue it takes me back to the home page. does it require some sort of plug in or something?

Ok I figured it out. I was trying to submit a trick and thought, hmm maybe I should disabled my firewall. Boom, with firewall (norton) disabled I am now able to submit. *sigh*
