Hie...here i am again..with some silly question...

My amp...have the 3 control knobs..
The low, mid, and high..(or..its the bass, mid, and treble control knobs..)

But i dunno how to set them..to get the right sound..

can you all teach me how to set them?

I mean...if i want the rock or metal..sound..what should i set them??

If i want some light and ryhtymic acoustic sound..how should i set them??
and also other fiffs sounds..

also how you all set them ?? by default??

thanks..

i generally set them all at about 6. but, if i want a light airy sound, sometimes i bring the mid down to about 1 and leave the others at 6.

Not to disagree with Jon... but you should really just set them to what YOU think sounds good. Its all about finding your own sound.

Offcorse the settings is up to you, however it depends on the music you play and amp you have...
usually when i'm playing some led zeppelin or other blues songs i turn the knobs to 5-6 , and changing the guitar register from the bridge pickup to the middle...
but if i'm playing something heavier i like to turn all the knobs to their maximum....
but as people here said it's all up to you...
